Saddle up for five unforgettable days of riding, camping, and outdoor adventure at the legendary Loretta Lynn’s Ranch! The 43rd Annual Fall Horseback Trail Ride welcomes riders of all experience levels to explore miles of scenic trails winding through the rolling hills, forests, and valleys of Historic Hurricane Mills, just minutes from Waverly and the Buffalo River.

Whether you prefer guided rides with experienced Trail Bosses or exploring the Ranch’s marked trail system on your own, you’ll find routes suited for beginners through advanced riders. Beyond the trails, enjoy tubing, swimming, live music, delicious food, shopping, and the welcoming atmosphere that has made this event a Labor Day tradition for more than 40 years.

Camping is available throughout the Ranch with RV sites and cabin rentals, making it easy to stay for the entire event. Visitors can also explore Loretta Lynn’s famous Western Town, tour the Coal Miner’s Daughter Museum, visit the historic grist mill, browse unique gift shops, and experience one of Tennessee’s most iconic destinations.
