43rd Annual Summer Horseback Trail Ride 2026
June 1 - June 5

Organized by Loretta Lynn’s Ranch, this event welcomes horse enthusiasts from across the country to rural Middle Tennessee for a family-friendly weekend of riding, entertainment, and fellowship. Attendees can enjoy guided trail rides across a diverse trail system with options for scenic routes, challenging terrain, short rides, and longer excursions.
Guests who purchase the appropriate event pass will receive three prepared meals daily, making it easier to spend more time riding and enjoying the weekend. Covered stalls and panel stalls are available, with one horse permitted per stall. Horses may also be kept on a picket line, but attendees must bring their own equipment and ensure horses cannot reach trees, campsites, electrical boxes, or water hookups.
The weekend also includes nightly activities such as live music, a campfire show, karaoke, bingo, and line dancing lessons. Randy Speegle of No Bull Horsemanship will be on site offering horsemanship clinics and working with problem horses. Guests can also take part in contests and prize giveaways, all included with attendance.
Every attendee is automatically entered for a chance to win a custom commemorative saddle. A variety of tack, leather goods, and other merchandise vendors will also be on site throughout the event. On awards night, guests can enjoy a live band and dancing to round out the weekend.
Important: Attendees must provide their own horse or animal to ride.
